No. Wychwood Capital is an independent purchaser of claims. Official case information and claim filing instructions are available from the court and the claims agent.
For an outright sale after a proof of claim has been filed, the buyer generally files evidence of the transfer under Bankruptcy Rule 3001(e)(2). The court clerk sends the seller notice and an opportunity to object. If no timely objection is filed, the buyer replaces the seller as the holder of the transferred claim in the court record. A timely objection is resolved by the court.
If no proof of claim has been filed, a different filing procedure applies. We review the claim’s status and applicable requirements before proceeding. Recording a transfer does not itself establish that the claim is allowed or guarantee a distribution.

A claim is your right to seek payment from a debtor in the bankruptcy case. When you sell your claim to Wychwood, you transfer the rights described in the purchase agreement in exchange for an agreed purchase price.
For the portion sold, Wychwood receives the future distributions covered by the agreement. You give up those future payments, which could ultimately be more or less than the purchase price. The agreement defines exactly what is sold and any responsibilities you retain.
Finding a record or requesting an offer does not transfer your claim. You can review the price and documents before deciding whether to sell.
