This site is operated by Wychwood Capital LLC. We collect offer requests for review by Wychwood Capital.

What we collect

We collect the contact and claim details you submit, the public claim record you select, the language of the form, your consent, and the time of submission. When present, we retain campaign parameters supplied in your visit’s link so we can understand how requests reach us.

How we use it

We use these details to review a potential claim purchase and respond to your request. A selection or submission does not verify claim ownership. We do not use this form to enroll you in marketing emails.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in our Heroku-hosted database and sent to Wychwood Capital’s internal Homebase review system. Access is limited to authorized staff. We send a thank-you email confirming receipt of your request. This form does not collect payment details or supporting documents.

Weekly pricing updates

If you separately sign up for pricing emails, we retain your name, email, selected claim record, language, and consent in this site and Homebase. We use these details to send weekly pricing updates. You can stop these emails using the unsubscribe link in an update or by contacting us. An offer request alone does not subscribe you.

Cookies and technical services

Essential session and security cookies support the form and staff login. The app keeps short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive submissions. Page fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. Google Analytics measures site visits using the Google tag and may use analytics cookies. Google receives technical information about your browser and visit. Referral accounting is handled separately by this site.

Claim records

Search uses a local snapshot of identified source records. The source date and coverage are shown with search results. Records can be incomplete or superseded and do not establish allowance or ownership.

Referrals

Referral links store an identifier and visit time in your session for up to 30 days. We keep a hashed session identifier and landing path to count attributed visits, and attach the referral to your submitted request. Referral account details and fee records are used to administer the program. Only opted-in aliases and qualifying sale counts appear on the public leaderboard.
